Being the ideal contractor for environmental schemes, adopted highways, hard landscaping and drainage schemes, we have a very experienced and qualified team who take pride in their work. The division is headed by Tom Chadwick FRICS who has over 30 years experience in Civil Engineering and he is proud to say that his staff are trained to the highest possible standard and we consider the division to be a role model in the industry.

Environmental Improvement Schemes
We are currently partnering William Sutton Homes to improve the external areas to over 500 properties on their housing estate in Hull. This project is being undertaken in phases and when complete the value of the works will exceed £3m.
Other clients range from Connaught to Pickering & Ferens Homes who have selected Hall Civil Engineering as their preferred contractor for their environmental improvements works, which is something we are definitely proud of!

We have undertaken many adoptable road and sewer contracts throughout Yorkshire for many housing developers, builders and private clients. A few of which include housing developers such as Wright Homes, Beal Homes, Leeper Hare Developments.

All our work is constructed to adoptable specifications and we are in a framework partnership with East Riding of Yorkshire Council for repairing or constructing new roads and footpaths throughout the area.

Many different schemes have been completed for local authorities, healthcare, industrial and private clients ranging from new drainage schemes to repairing existing drains with problems such as collapse or blockages.
We are also experienced in the supply and installation of treatment plants and septic tanks with all associated works.

We have completed schemes for local authorities, healthcare, industrial and domestic with various constructions and specifications including block paving, tarmacadam and reinforced concrete slabs.

Hall Civil Engineering is on the selected contractor list with Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council for undertaking this work under permit and we work closely with our clients and the local authority inspectors to achieve to the best results!
Domestic drives and hardstandings can be block paved, tarmacadam, concrete or stoned with gravel surfacing to your specific requirements.
