Hall Building Services have been established for over 15 years.
We have grown from strength to strength during this time, and have a healthy mixture of contracts across market sectors, and have the ability to carry out works ranging from minor repairs to large refurbishments up to the value of £750k.
We’re proud to say that our high quality approach to every area of our work - from development through to design, construction, and maintenance, keeps clients coming back time and again.
Our division has an office staff base of 5 and a site staff base of over 30 plus that can deliver high quality work to tight deadlines. At the heart of our business lies our commitment to continually satisfy all of our customers, being focussed on customer objectives and orientating our business in line with this commitment are key to our future success. The result has been an increase in repeat business year after year.
We have a wide spectrum of Clients, including Reckitt Benckiser, Hull City Council and with long-term framework partnering agreements with the East Yorkshire Hospitals and East Riding of Yorkshire Council, we have a good healthy client base with an increasing turnover approaching £4.0m per annum.
We also pride ourselves with an excellent Health and Safety record, which we strive to maintain and improve at all times with constant training and monitoring and with excellent commitment to our staff with a high level of investment in both training and progression within the company, we are on route to being the best in our field of operations.

Bilton Primary School
A small extension and external sensory play area for East Riding of Yorkshire Council approximately £120,000 carried out during the summer school holidays.
Endsleigh Centre, Beverley Road, Hull
Flood repairs to the old convent building including new hardwood floor, heating, electrical, and new disabled facilities approximately £400,000.
County Hall, Beverley
Re-roof of listed / conservation area building including new leadwork carried out by our plumbing division, demolition and rebuilding chimney stacks and stonework repairs. This project was part of the East Riding of Yorkshire Framework scheme valued approximately £350,000.
Sensory Care Suite
Internal alterations to form a sensory care suite within the offices of Reckitt Benckiser in Hull. Works included high quality joinery and plastering with electrics, heating and tiling works.
Long Riston Primary School
New hall extension to small village school value approximately £260,000.
